Barton Skyway is a 25.57 acre, four (4) building, Class A office park in Southwest Austin. This campus of four (4) buildings is located at South Mopac and Barton Skyway, and the complex offers views of Downtown Austin, and overlooks the Spyglass Creek section of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. There is 786,845 square feet of office space under the control of the Reliable Controls system. These buildings were built in the late 1990s/early 2000s. They have had Reliable Controls properly operating in them over the last 20 years. A key element to success is longevity and in the controls marketplace – backwards compatibility. The Reliable Controls product offering, software, and systems are backward compatible to over 20 years ago. Our competitors cannot claim the same long term total cost of ownership value that we bring with Reliable Controls.

The current management group of Brandywine Realty enjoys the fact that the system installed has lasted and has not had much capital improvement cost to keep up and operating. The need for an annual technical service agreement is not necessary with this system since software updates are complimentary for the life of the control system. We have also continually trained maintenance personnel as the building maintenance engineers change roles and buildings from time to time and we are always happy to get the new guy up to speed with this opportunity arises.

In addition to keeping the controls maintained, we are able to assist Brandywine in planning upcoming tenant construction projects. We proactively communicate known enhancement opportunities to make sure our team has made life as easy as possible when it comes to managing and operating these four separate buildings from a common single user interface.
